Workshop Manager Incharge ( Only African Nation apply)

Hiring for one of our clients into EPC industry, The person will be responsible to manage and control production floor activities for timely execution of project with in budgets. Maintaining of quality and Liaison with QC and Procurement to finish fabrication as per client requirement. He should be well versed with codes, welding procedures and QC standards.

Only African Nation is required.

Planning & Cost control for fabrication target.

Plan their daily activities and assign target to the fabricators/welders/fitters and other crew.

Coordinate with other Departments like QC / Planning/ Procurement to resolve day to day Production related issues.

Quality awareness and consciousness shall be developed to all production personnel to improve the workmanship and productivity.

Distribution of daily and weekly targets as per job requirement.

Coordination with Project Managers to meet their requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

B.E./ B.Tech - Mechanical engineering

Minimum 8-10 years- experience in fabrication of Piping and Structure.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Sound Knowledge of Planning & QC standards.

GCC/ Saudi Arab market experience will be given preference.
