Currently we are hiring a senior leader in the area of Workplace Facility Security Systems for our client. Below is the JD for the same.

Role :Global Workplace Facility Security Systems Manager

Purpose :

- The Workplace Facility Security Systems Manager is responsible for driving Company’s global strategy for physical access of Company facilities and monitoring of Company space.

- The manager will be responsible for ensuring Company’s Access and Monitoring Design Standards are adhered to in all geographies and building the necessary internal and external relationships to make that happen. This will be accomplished through managing global programs and projects, working with vendors at an enterprise level, managing global standards andacting as an advisor for local access and monitoring projects.

- In addition, the Global Workplace Facility Security Systems Manager will manage special projects including cross-geographic systems implementations.

- The managerworks closely with the Global Asset Protection (GAP) team and local Workplace teams to define and implement the Access and Monitoring Design Standards.

Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

- Understand and implement Company’s corporate Life Safety standards.

- Act as a global expert on Company's access and monitoring platform

- Manage projects supporting the alignment to Company’s Access and Monitoring Design Standards

- Assist in local access and monitoring projects, ensure alignment with the strategy

- Research new technologies and trends which will reduce Company's risk

- Own the content of the Access and Monitoring Design Standards

- Work closely with the regional GAP lead to operationalize the all relevant standards

- Work with and influence local Workplace safety and security teams

- Work with the Business (e.g., BPO, TGP) to ensure their access and monitoring needs are met and the businesses are properly organized to adhere to standards and processes.

- Collaborate with Business Continuity leadership and teams within Workplace, GAP and the Business.

- Seek and maintain GU stakeholder and leadership support for related programs across Workplace Solutions

- Liaise with global vendors to understand local best practices and challenges as well as maintaining enterprise agreements

- Identify opportunities for program and standards improvements

- Manage or direct the work of other Life Safety team members and/or other Workplace Solutions personnel

Skills/Competencies:

- 3 years working with security systems

- 2 years managing the installation of access control systems

- 2 years experience with C-cure

- 3 years running security related projects

- Strong program/project management skills, including continuous improvement methodologies

- Given the global nature of the role, flexible with non-standard working hours for conference calls

- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills

- Strong leadership and motivational skills

- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
