Skill Sets

- Excellent Verbal and written communication

- Flair for creativity and content creation

- Handling customer queries and offering quick solutions

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office(Ms Excel specifically)

- Analytical approach to problem solving

Responsibilities include

- Assisting current Product Team in support related queries and collateral creation

- Handling client requests for process creation, MIS generation, surveys and content sharing

- Preparing user friendly tutorials on the platform along with the product team

- Generation and structuring of MIS required by clients

- Delivering a fun and compelling user experience on the platform

Past experience -

0 - 2 years experience -

Self-starter with ability to work in a team as well as independently -

Outcome driven roles with individual responsibility -

Preference for a person who may have sold in a B2B environment, either internally or externally

Education

- Masters Preferable,

- Graduation - Preferably Engineering(Computer Science/IT)/BCA/MCA
