We are looking for an Operations Lead to join our highly energetic start-up team!  POSITION: Operations Lead, Wonderboxx (Guneena Education Pvt. Ltd.)  Key Responsibilities:  Supplier and Vendor management:  - Continuously work with the product team of Wonderboxx to obtain specs of items to be sourced and manufactured. Scout for new suppliers with requirements.  - Liaison with multiple suppliers from all over the country. This involves obtaining quotes for new requirements, negotiating prices, placing orders and ensuring timely delivery of items.  - Perform as functional bridge amongst external vendors as well as internal stakeholders. Construct delivery timelines and communicate to the internal team.  - Ensure to track, measure, report and evaluate vendor performance. Troubleshoot all vendor problems and present to management as required.  - Monitor sourcing team performance and coach sourcing managers to improve individual performance. Hire more sourcing managers if necessary.  Inventory and Order Management:  - Keep track of the stock level of all products in-house and keep meticulous records to track what is being delivered and confirm it satisfies the order.  - Develop and communicate inventory management policies and procedures.  - Work with the technical team to improve Order Management System.  - Liaison with the logistics partner to ensure timely outbound logistics.  - Develop Standard Operating Procedures for packaging and fulfillment of final product.  - Hire warehouse managers if necessary.  Requirements:  - Bachelor's degree or higher - technical or business discipline preferred  - Past experience in vendor management and/or inventory management roles preferred  - Demonstrated abilities to lead teams to success and coach team members on their career development  - Ability to have productive - difficult conversations- with team members and resolve people problems  - Excellent spoken and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare concise and mistake- free reports  - Ability to understand and work around automated management systems   - Smart, perseverant, and ambitious  - Keen attention to detail and deadlines  About The Position:  - Location : New Delhi  - Start Date : April 2015  - Compensation : Competitive Salary   - Work Culture: You- ll get the opportunity to experience the workings of a high intensity start-up with some really smart and cool team members.
