Job Summary: Responsible for working with clients to identify and solve business problems using Analytical data based solutions.   Responsibilities of Position: The profile of the Analytics team lead would be covering but not limited to following key job parameters   Consulting:  - Actively engage with Sr. client members across R&A project management cycle   - Partner clients in solving business problems related to business strategy, marketing strategy, consumer segmentation, brand management, portfolio management and customer management.  - Clearly define business issues, agree on scope with client and translate these issues into analytical project briefs to be carried out by either an onsite team or an offshore team based in India  - Provide appropriate business context to team members, set expectations on deliverables, monitor progress and provide guidance at checkpoints  - Integrate different analyses and data sources to present an insightful summary to the client  - Lead member of innovation and thought leadership to devise relevant, cost effective, business centric and impactful analytics solutions for clients.  Account Management:  - Revenue management of the R&A business from a leading beverage marketers global HQ and regional SBU's  - Responsible for renewals of existing retainer relationships as well as other critical documentation required for providing services to the client  - Create and coordinate with clients on commercial proposals, ensure completion of documentation requirements   - Drive decisions on project pricing and resource allocation  Business Development:  - Actively source projects from existing and new clients   - Actively source projects from the client's Latin American markets  - Regularly reach out to new verticals within the client's organization to cross-sell relevant WNS services   People Management:  - Manage a team of 4-5 direct reports working across different countries; responsible for career development, mentoring and role definitions.   - Manage a total team span of 20+ analytics professionals, provide inputs during appraisal process, mentor them during project execution  Minimum Requirements:  Education: Master's degree in Business Administration from a Tier I business school.  Equivalency: None  Work Experience: 8+years of relevant marketing, marketing services or analytics experience.Past experience in analytics account management, consulting and CPG industry is strongly preferred  Skills and Abilities:  - Expertise in marketing and marketing services concepts.  - Domain knowledge of CPG and retail environment.   - Ability to work with clients to ensure project management and successful implementation of recommendations.   - Strong critical thinking skills and analytical mindset.   - Quick learner and flexible work approach.   - Ability to work and interact with a global team.   - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.   - Detailed oriented.  - Ability to perform job duties independently.   Software and other skills:  - Expert in MS office suit and data analytics software such as and not limited to SAS and SPSS.   Work Environment: Typical office environment
