WNS - Senior Group Manager - Remote Infrastructure Management - IT

Job Role :

The position will be responsible for setting up IT systems and for clients business, including hardware, software, and security systems. The role will also support and manage IT Operations for the client spanning multiple geographies, managing large scale IT programs for the client

Key Skills : End-user computing, Data Center Management, Network and RIM, Release Management and Desktop and Servers

Duties and Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage IT delivery and data center management for the Client in collaboration WNS & vendor

- Supporting and managing award excellent IT Operations groups spanning multiple geographies

- Managing large scale IT programs

- Designing and delivering solutions that result in an optimized end state IT architecture

- Blending innovative approach with optimal utilization of emerging technologies that result in cost effective solutions that have received industry wide recognition

- Handling multiple client IT programs across diverse cultures and geographies

- Managing Risk and issue management

- Overall ownership of key IT performance metrics related to SLAs and infrastructure / application availability and security

- Responsible for timelines and IT deliverables as per client requirements/ SLA

- Technology Selection & Implementation for IT infrastructure and Business applications Data Centre Implementation,

- Management & Up gradations (Data, Network & Voice Infrastructure) Business process alignment with Information Technology and Business applications development and implementations

- Collaborate with project team to ensure timely delivery

- Provide support and guidance to other team members in the IT infrastructure Project

- Build, maintain, and improve the data foundation needed for the rest of the team to perform their analytics and reporting functions

Qualifications :

Experience/Skills & Education :

- Minimum 10 + years of experience in IT

- Must have experience in IT Infrastructure (Mandatory) and project management

- Bachelor's / Masters Degree in Information Technology

- Strong Project Management Skills and managing IT delivery and Infrastructure
