Job Profile:   - Understand, interpret financial & actuarial information from a business perspective & communicate effectively to both internal & external stakeholders  - Support the development of financial measures & the understanding of potential ranges of financial outcomes ensuring that published information remains in line with external expectations.  - Support the development & management of relationships with internal & external parties, including stakeholders auditors, corporate advisers, etc  - To provide expert actuarial reporting advice to GFRP, Group Finance directors & executive management  - Support the establishment & ongoing maintenance of clear guidelines & SLA on relatives roles of GFR & CRS teams  - Provide flexible & high quality support to wider GFR team on key regular deliverables & ad hoc projects  - P&L responsibility  Other Skills to include:  - Expert technical actuarial skills with good understanding of accounting issues  - Relationship management  - Prioritisation  - Interpretation  - Good business knowledge  - Continuous improvement  - Networking  - Strong analytic skills  - Appropriate quality standards/management  EXPERIENCE:  - Broad business experience  - Strong financial reporting background  - International accounting would be an advantage.  Location: Chennai
