As a HR consultant, this position with help the company optimize everyday processes by implementing strategic interventions, plans and technology. The goal of having this position is to maximize the value of our HR endeavors that will directly impact our business, client and stakeholders as a whole.  Roles and Responsibilities:  - Initiate and execute policy related projects and strategic programs like policy benchmarking, leadership projects, HR partnering, BU communication and partnering   - Conduct market and data research   - Provide advice and recommendations to HR-BP for resolution  - Formulate strategic and practical plans to address HR challenges  - Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development  - Devise plans and techniques to drive change and culture management   - Assist in development and integration of people policies  Required Experience :  - Proven experience as a HR consultant  - Experience in project management   - In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods and best practices  - In-depth knowledge of research and analytics methods  - Ability to strategize and formulate BU-specific customized plans  Skills :  - Excellent communication and 'people' skills  - Excellent consulting and analytical skills  - The ability to work under pressure and meet targets  - Team player
