We are looking for a General manager Quality - F&A (Pune) (Master Black Belt)
- As a BU we are large global end to end F&A delivery, 80% of the portfolio responsibility and the strategic focus area for us to grow
- This role is a very strategic role to
- Deliver Strategic Client Impact
- Build Robust Processes/Systems - strong controllership and non-people dependent operational capability
- Build and Independently Lead Global One Team Culture and Approach for the Function
- Drive BU objectives - Profitability etc.
- In Terms of Direct Reportees
- Seasoned 4-5 MBB Equivalent Profiles. 10-12 Years experience
Knowledge/Qualifications/ Competency: B.Com Graduate
Exposure to F&A qualifications - CA, CA inter, ICWAI, CIMA, MBA Fin, etc
Work Experience (Mention No. of Years):
- 12+ Years of Relevant Work Experience post Qualification
- Worked in service/ BPO / set up
- Excellent communication skills should be able to communicate with external customers and senior leadership
- Should be able to handle a team of hi potential Quality resources
- Should be a good mentor
- Knack for detailing, drilling down
- Systematic and planned approach to problem solving
Key Accountabilities:
- Deployment of QA strategy
- Mentor & guide team members to achieve business goals
- Work closely with operations team to collect data and assess the current situation.
- Drive Change acceleration
