Scope of Work / Area of Influence:  Would be responsible for pre-sales, end-to-end Solutioning, business development for opportunities in Technology Services. S/he would be responsible for responding to all RFPs and RFIs, owning pre-sales support to this segment and helping the practice development.   Job Responsibilities:   - ERP Presales for new business development   - Responding to RFI/RFP according to client’s requirement   - Providing strategic inputs to the bid response – controlling the flow and approach   - Create customized solutions which address client business constraints and leverage strengths of our Organization.   - Maintain knowledge of industry trends in the domain - Research competition and updates on global market trends   - Identify required deliverables, define document structure, and create/maintain a Proposal outline to track files.  Personal Attributes & Skills:   - Good exposure to ERPs (SAP/Oracle) and ADM technologies (J2EE/Microsoft)   - Strong communication skills (Written & Verbal) - should be able to communicate with various levels in client organization at the same time.   - Ability to represent our Organization to clients.   - Exposure to quality and understanding of quality resources & their requirements   - Hands-on with Visio, Excel, PPT, other MS office tools, other presentation & project management tools  Reporting and Co-ordination Skills   - Open to travel for diagnostics/solution presentations/customer meetings.   - Should have created value proposition decks, documents on service offerings and converted enquiries to customers   - Good experience in identifying and partnering with product vendors.
