Qualification – CA, CFA, CPA, CIMA, ACA (MBA Finance only applicable candidates has all the relevant experience & exposure)

Skillset – “Hands on Experience in Financial Reporting”

Experience Range

Assistant Manager- 3 to 5 Years

Deputy Manger- 5 to 7 Years

Group Manger - 7 to 10 Years

- Exceptions can be made depending on candidate current role & responsibility, domain exposure, span of control & education/Skillset”

Brief Job Description

Assistant Manager / Deputy Manger

- 3-5 year of working experience in GL or Financial reporting in BPO industry / finance department of large commercial organization

- Exposure in US GAAP, IFRS mandatory

- People management experience

- Strong understanding of financial processes and applications - Expense Management, General Accounting, Recon or financial reporting process, Financial statement analysis / SEC reporting / XBRL taxanomy / Derivative Hedge accounting / Impairment reporting /Transfer accounting/financial close process

- Strong understanding of financial processes and applications - General knowledge of US GAAP / IFRS preferred

Group Manger

- 7-10 years of working experience in GL and Financial reporting in BPO industry / finance department of large commercial organization

- Handled end to end Process or business unit

- Exposure in US GAAP, IFRS mandatory

- Prior experience of Financial Reporting in US GAAP / IFRS ,

- Knowledge of best practice and emerging developments in similar multinational organizations

- Strong understanding of financial processes and applications - Expense Management, General Accounting, Recon or financial reporting process, Financial statement analysis / SEC reporting / XBRL taxanomy / Derivative Hedge accounting / Impairment reporting /Transfer accounting/financial close process
