He should have an in-depth understanding of human behavior, programming, UI, marketing, business development, analytics, customer service etc.  Main Job Responsibilities:  - Drive the roadmap & execution of developing next generation education technology tools for web and mobile.  - Work on social features like profiles, network, search & matchmaking algorithms, feed, chat & other communication tools and notifications etc.  - Responsible for the ideation, development, launch and continuous improvement of gamification and other tactics that will drive growth in terms of new user acquisition and engagement.  - Develop analytics that will enable educators to make informed decisions on student engagement.  - Work with multiple teams to develop the internal communication flows and customer analytics to serve customers better.   - Define, analyze and own metrics that inform the success of products.  Desired Skills and Experience:  - Relevant work experience in Product Management to innovate and execute product initiatives.   - Engineering background with hands-on software development experience. An in-depth understanding of algorithms, programming and SQL.  - Ability to focus on the big picture (market, target user segment, positioning, company strategy and goals) and the ground-level details (day-to-day constraints, compromises, content plan, progress against the plan, engineering dependencies etc.).  - Analytical and quantitative skills, and tools to perform analysis. Ability to forecast and measure and use hard data & metrics to back up assumptions and develop project business cases.  - Excellent execution skills: ready to do whatever is necessary to ship. Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.  - Ability to do market research and translate user needs into well-documented business and product requirements.  - Ability to build strong relationships with people, inspire them to think big, push boundaries and maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid.  - Ability to drive/follow-up anything that improves the user experience not just the software part.   - Creative, friendly, and organized with great problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.
