Responsibilities :
- Leading and developing a group of junior level and mid-level inside sales account executives
- Through proven sales methodologies, will teach and coach on how to execute proactive outbound calls, lead generation, qualifying, demonstrations, overcoming objectives, closing sales, etc.
- Clearly define goals and objectives for inside sales team members and the group as a whole
- Drive team productivity and maintain an appropriate level of daily activities (client calls and presentations)
- Drive team sales and achieve department/company assigned revenue goals
- Ensuring established company departmental policies and procedures are properly interpreted and followed
- Providing reports for weekly/monthly/annual sales for the department
- Coach, counsel and provide feedback on performance to the inside sales account executives on a regular basis
- Assist with client retention by supporting current clients within the team's region
- Achieve a set sales quota by selling add-on modules and services to your designated clientele
- Should be individual contributor .
- Should have good exposure selling Microsoft Office365 or Dynamics CRM sales
- Should have experience in Software products such as content management, digital assets management, marketing automation, sales enablement
- Need to emphasis, also as an individual coordinator with individual sales quota.
- Need to work in the night shift, primarily targeting US market
Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Prior full cycle sales experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
- Strong work ethic and ability to lead by example
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with selling technology solutions highly desirable
