We are looking for smart, team oriented and entrepreneurial individuals, who have passion and drive to do something exhilarating and incredible.   The objective of this role is to increase reach, community engagement and motivation amongst our users.   Job Duties & Responsibilities:   - Create a comprehensive online marketing strategy including all digital channels (Facebook, Google, Display, Email, Affiliates, SEO)   - Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.   - Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points   - Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.   - Build a thriving community   - Identify opportunity for increased conversion and drive sales growth through implementation   - Drive sales growth by increasing conversion   - Optimize website content and to ensure both search engine visibility and favorable user experience   - Design and deliver online marketing programs that cut through the clutter to reach our audience   - Research, implement and evaluate advertising options, searching for ROI  - Provide regular reporting of web analytics, on-line advertising, and email marketing campaigns   - Drive online marketing programs from creative ad development through campaign reporting   - Participate in Budgeting Exercise   - Conduct competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and achieving market share  - Develop and measure key metrics around the business including user acquisition, conversion rates, lifetime value, engagement rates, satisfaction and repeat purchase rates.   Education & Required Experience:  - Preferred Institutes: IIMs or other top B Schools   - Should have 2 - 7 years of experience in digital marketing.   - eCommerce experience is mandatory for this role   - Experience in handling P&L and scaling a business   - Experience in growing and building a team   - Prior start-up experience will be given preference   - Execution focus. Ability to operate in a small, budget-sensitive environment and get the job done  - Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns   - Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate   - Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement   Technical Competencies:   - Exposure to website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)   - Working knowledge of ad serving tools   - Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns   - Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking   - Ability to be thoroughly quantitative and optimize  - Hands on experience with Facebook PPC, SEM, Display Advertising, Affiliate Networks, Email Marketing, SEO   This individual will report directly to the Head of Marketing and will work with Wishary's Product Managers on a routine basis to ensure that the product's offerings and the communication in various marketing channels are aligned and consistent with the Company's marketing messaging.   About Wishary: Wishary (www.wishary.in) is a social shopping product discovery platform.
