Job Description - Presales and Solutioning Consultant, ERP Security, Risk and Compliance  Function Overview :  - ERP Security Presales team works very closely with the Wipro Sales teams in North America, Europe, APAC, South Africa and LATAM to meet the practice growth objectives and revenue and margin.   - This team plays a key role in all phases of the sales cycle and has contributed significantly to large wins over the past many years. We are looking for ambitious and self-driven candidates to join the team and play a key role in our future success.  - This role provides a good exposure to the various business functions in Wipro.  Preferred Experience :  Educational Qualification : B.E / B.Tech, preferably MBA  Years of Experience : 9-16 years  Preferred Experience Backgrounds :   - Risk & Compliance Management / Project Management / Pre-sales / Business Analysis   Role and Responsibilities :  Position :  - Bid Manager responsible for managing Platform Implementation services (SAP GRC, Oracle GRC), Security Support and Consulting services  Communicate and Collaborate :   - With the field force, senior management, service lines, domain and delivery teams, Finance, Legal and other support teams.   Deliver :   - High quality RFI / RFP responses, Presentations, Collaterals, Account Research dockets and Reusable pre-sales material.  Service Development :   - Develop new Service Offerings for GRC/Security solutions like ERP security risk assessment, Role redesign Controls design and testing, GRC Access governance, GRC Business process governance, GRC Risk management, Managed security support, Security Factory  Key Skills :  - Ability to understand client requirements and map them to Wipro's messaging  - Participating in solution process, reviewing content and estimates  - Ability to work with virtual teams, strong interpersonal skills   - Good Analytical and problem solving skills  - Good written and verbal communication   - An eye for detail and the ability to prepare deliverables to high standards of quality  - Ability to prioritize and to be comfortable with ambiguity  - Hands on person that strives to meet deadlines and expectations 100% of the time
