Job resposbilities-

Conduct Trainings on Six Sigma & Lean tools & techniques, identifying, driving & mentoring process improvement initiatives through Ideas, Six Sigma & Lean projects & Best Practice sharing in the organization both offshore & onshore.

Value stream modeling exercise for entire value chain on Business to improve flow & time to delivery

Identify , deploy & monitor “value metrics” for processes

Executing internal consultancy & process re-engineering assignments – leveraging improvements in quality, productivity, utilization & efficiency of processes withing the Business handled
