An individual who have played role of SQA (Infra Business), SQA (Support Business), QA for infrastructure/ services business with following skill set:  - Hands-on or Consulting experience in Quality Management or Project Management with very good knowledge of leading Process Frameworks including CMMI-Dev, CMMI-SVC, ISO 2000, Lean, Six Sigma and Agile   - Good understanding of different life cycle models - Development, Testing, Support, Maintenance, Migration,   - Good understanding of diverse technologies & engineering tools   - Strong communication and facilitation skills  Responsibilities:  - An AQM works closely with GCP/ADH/DMs of the account, acts as a Consultant to PMs and responsible for orchestrating Quality Management Activities at the account level to ensure overall Customer Satisfaction and Quality of Delivery  - Orchestrating CSAT improvement activities  - Driving the project initiation governance for all new projects getting kick started to ensure projects are set right   - Provide consulting support to delivery teams in process selection/tailoring, adopting Best Practices and Continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma)  - Conduct Project Reviews, Gating Reviews, ensure alignment with right execution framework and provide candid diagnosis on the projects / programs to senior management through early warnings  Please note: We are looking out for candidates who have completed their MBA from Premier Institutes.
