Wipro Yardley is part of Wipro Consumer Care & Lighting Group.  We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager based out Chennai to handle our Tamilnadu & Kerala Territories based out of Chennai.  1. Responsible for driving sales and distribution towards achieving sales target of the assigned territory.  2. Providing leadership, guidance to his team of Area Sales Managers and Territory Sales Incharge's.  3. Achieve numeric & weighted distribution as measured by AC Nielsen.  4. Conceptualize and implement sales and distribution strategy in sync with business needs.  5. Formulate launch plans and ensure effective implementation.  6. Implement BTL activities including visibility in close coordination with the Marketing team.  7. Establishes team and individual goals and provides effective coaching to sales representatives to consistently improve their performance.  8. Managing multiple categories in the portfolio to achieve an optimum mix on shelves.  9. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for increased productivity and sales.  10. Analyze MIS reports for insights & developing category or channel.  11. Manage a set of customers (Distributors to effectively deliver on availability/ visibility & trade finances)  Ideal candidate should be working with a good FMCG organization, Knowledge of same geography is added advantage & is preferred & should have 10 - 12 Years of experience in Channel Sales. Should have worked as a team leader for a minimum of 5 years.
