Responsibility:
- Achieving growth in sales revenue from the star outlets channel, and also focusing on visibility. The candidate will be responsible for top-line and bottom line figures for this channel
Handling all sales development activities in the region, like
- Wipro Whole sales program
- Networking with the distributors
- Distributor expansion initiatives
- Driving IT initiatives in the sales function
- Handling all promotional and trade marketing activities in the region.
- Being a focal point of contact with the marketing team at Business office and the sales teams in the region
- This position will be supported by ably trained Field Merchandising executives (on and off rolls) to drive all the above listed initiatives across the region.
Skills/Qualifications :
- MBA (2009/10/11) from a premier institute ONLY
- Around 4-6 years of experience in FMCG firms, majority of this experience being as an ASM/ Trade Marketing mgr
