JOB SPECIFICATIONS:  Company- Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting  Department-North-West Switches (a Wipro group company)  Position: Brand Manager  Areas of Responsibility:   - Achieve Business Plan for the specified brands / market segments  - Manage the profitability of the brands assigned, with continuous focus on margin improvement  - Work closely with the new product development team and manufacturing to develop new brands / products.  - Effective utilization of advertising and sales promotion budgets. Conduct Events / Architect Meets, carry out in-shop branding activities and support the sales team with marketing collateral.   - Ensure product quality through effective liaison with manufacturing and quality teams  - Provide pricing support to the sales team. Adhere to pricing processes.  - Conduct periodic training programs for sales teams.   Location : Bangalore  Reporting Structure- Candidate will report to the Marketing Head  PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:  Education- MBA (Tier 1/Tier 2 B School Only)  Experience- 2-4 Years with strong exposure to Brand Management  Desired Profile:  - Good Analytical and Communication/Presentation skills  - Around 2-4 years of brand management experience with proven track record of handling brands  - Demonstrate personal drive and be target oriented  - Proven relationship building capability   - Ability to understand product specifications as per customer requests. Liaise with sales team and customers efficiently and possess trouble shooting ability  - Aggressive and proactive approach towards market development and customer service  - Should be able to identify emerging market trends & building a business strategy to leverage them profitably.
