As a Project Manager on the Wholesale Client Onboarding - Client Due Diligence project, you will be responsible for ensuring that the project deliverables fulfill the agreed business requirements.
This role will include:
- Working closely with the CDD Program Manager, Product Owner and Business Readiness teams to define the scope and detailed plan for the system implementation phase
- Partner with, Technology, Operations, Quality Assurance, Compliance, Legal, and Front Office Management to achieve program goals, including, but not limited to the re-engineering of business process and usage of tools, eliminating manual workarounds, implementing single processes as much as possible, and ensuring the WCOB Operations team is supported on a common platform that meets Regulatory requirements
- Own end-to-end delivery of workstreams as part of large-scale change programs or process improvement projects (Support/lead CIB working sessions, project planning, testing, coordinate training and communications, and engage in the Change Control Management/Process)
Support project execution, reporting processes, tools, data and presentations
- Diagnose key issues and risks within the project and manage them through to resolution, ensuring clear communication and escalation
- Manage and report on progress, issues and risks and escalate to management when appropriate
- Lead sessions with key stakeholders, process leads and subject matter experts
- Communicate project status to key stakeholders
Essential knowledge requirements
- At least 3-5 years- experience in the project management discipline ideally within financial services
- Proven track record: experience leading technology and process re-engineering projects successfully
- Passion for the agenda: strong desire to make a quick impact to the organization through a successful project
- Leadership and drive: well-honed ability to develop, to obtain agreement on, and to lead execution of a global agenda
- Partnership and relationship management: must have ability to develop and maintain strong partnerships with numerous teams and key stakeholders
- Project management and execution: must organize quickly and execute the agenda to meet short-term and longer-term deliverables
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written. Ability to present concise, direct and timely communications to executives, management and key partners. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, i.e., excel, word, visio, project, etc.
- Experience on global / multi-site projects including facilitation of workshops with remote participants and rationalisation of regional requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
Experience of working on structured project/program lifecycles using different Software Development methodologies particularly Agile
