Skills ( Must Have)
- 6 Years- + experience in Telecom environment with focus on solution creation across Fulfillment and Assurance areas covering Telecom Provisioning, Service fulfillment, Order Management, Customer Care, Technical Care, etc.
- Proficiency with industry reference standards i.e. e-TOM, SID, BPMN etc.
- Fully conversant with Business Processing Outsourcing services to a wide ranging domains and the transformation initiatives such as robotics, analytics, etc.
- Knowledge of BPO Operations and the nuances of contact avoidance, optimization and deflection
- Ability to identify and articulate issues to cross-team resources and gain resolution on these issues while delivering high quality, timely solutions for the business users.

- Leading the overall solution design, delivery shaping and business case creation in supporting multiple business opportunities focused on transformation
- Understanding business requirements, process flow and technology impact for better business results for development of solutions & delivery
- Solution development based on client requirements as a response to RFI/RFP by adding value to position Wipro's internal products and services
- To manage the relationship with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a quality service and to manage expectations
- Liaise with third party partners in order to build new solutions and frameworks depending on the business need and objectives (current & future)
