- Develop high level designs for new processes based on business requirements, business solution architecture for energy and utility clients  - Provide expert domain understanding and thus provide functional inputs to develop various proof of concept application for Utility clients across worldwide   - Provide consulting services on the M2C (Meter2Cash) process, customer care services which is a backbone of utility distribution business  - Understand business process and business requirements of the customers and translate them to specific software requirements  - Experience in evaluating the information gathered through workshops and surveys, business process description and task analysis and transform the solution and operational requirements as per clients need  - Carry out impact assessment for ongoing new developments, system implementations for utility clients. Create and track a mitigation plan  - Attending various meeting with client and solution vendors for exchanging requirements.  - Act as an interface between operation teams, technology teams and support teams  - Leverage the SAP/ORACLE Industry Specific Utilities knowledge in designing the Business Processes  - 4-8 years of experience in Consulting for energy and utility clients  - Understanding of utilities domain and across the entire energy value chain comprising of Power Generation, Transmission, Distribution & Retail from an IT as well as BPO perspective   - Should be well versed with recent industry trends within Energy and Utilities space across key geographies (UK, Australia, US, APAC, Europe etc.)  - Knowledge of business processes within energy and utilities domain/across meter to cash operations, smart metering, smart grids, demand side management  - Experience in Preparation of Current Process Document (ASIS), Best Process Document (TOBE),Requirement for Proposal (RFP) and proactively seek opportunities in the areas of analytics, process optimization and automation  - Experience in customer experience, multi-channel customer journeys will be added advantage  - Ability to independently develop solutions for complex business problems/situations  - Excellent written, verbal, presentation and electronic communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels of the organization effectively, often times communicating changes, complex issues and new ideas.
