Wipro - Automation Solution Head

Job description:

- The candidate must have played a role of Head of an Automation/Migration for corporations having USD 5 Billion or more in revenues or She/He can be a well-known Entrepreneur

- Should be well versed with the emerging trends, IT/business drivers and challenges of state-of-the-art Automation products and solutions (end to end applications stack as well as application life cycle management – Dev Ops, Test Automation, Support, and Provisioning).

- Needs to have good technical strength in Databases like Oracle, DB2, Hadoop, Microsoft .NET, Cloud Platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure), Operating systems (Windows, Unix, Linux, Mainframe)

- Should have performed consulting role for large enterprises to influence their decision to modernize their enterprise platforms

- Candidate should possess excellent communication skills

- Familiarity with global working model would be an advantage

- Good knowledge on commercial engineering models (TCO, CBA Analysis)

- New opportunities conversion for Wipro offerings

- Participate in Presales, Consultative Sales and Customer workshops

- Represent Wipro brand in various industry/vendor forums and events

- Build connects with CxO, Business/IT Leadership, Industry Analysts, Advisory and Consulting firms for cobranding opportunities

- Innovation & Engineering

- Drive innovation in service offering and Assets/IPs

- Define and build IP assets, consulting artifacts, frameworks (lab and production ready)

- Alliances

- Establish alliances/connects with leading product vendors in Open Source space; develop joint go-to market strategies, joint events, generate joint leads and pursuits

- Build and mentor a consulting team
