If you have been an engineer in a past life, you jump to the front of the queue.  - Proven track record recruiting great engineers.  - A well-earned reputation as a creative recruiter with an ability to source passive candidates through a variety of means and convert them into great hires.  - Passion for creating one-of-a-kind, high caliber candidate experiences.  - Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.  Qualifications :  - B.Tech Mandatory with relevant recruitment experience.  Salary: Upto 10 LPA
