Key Result Areas   Lead and Manage Strategy and Execution of Customer Service function for Wildcraft India Pvt. Ltd. For its India and Export operations   Manage the Order Processing, Prioritize Pick, Pack and Ship from the warehouse operations and ensure delivery to the customers On- Time and in Full as per the orders placed by them   Identify Improvement areas across various functions of Supply Chain-Customer Connect, Distribution, Warehousing, Planning and Purchase using Lean Management principles   Run the Supply Chain Analytics program for Wildcraft   Other Responsibilities   Drive the Project Management Charter for all Supply Chain Initiatives   Lead cross-functional projects that will enhance efficiency in distribution   Manage the direct and indirect staff across various locations in India   Drive Supply Chain actions for the Omni Channel project planned for Implementation in FY16-17   Desired Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)   Business Acumen - Should have an understanding of business operations, competition & internal customer preferences. Build Audit and Quality measures, if required   Qualification and Experience   Graduate in any discipline with post-graduation in Management (preferably with Supply Chain Electives)   The candidate must have around 2 years experience in Supply Chain Analytics /Process Improvement projects   Candidate should be willing to travel
