Key Result Areas :   - Lead and Manage Strategy and Execution of Customer Service function for Wildcraft India Pvt. Ltd. For its India and Export operations   - Manage the Order Processing, Priorities Pick, Pack and Ship from the warehouse operations and ensure delivery to the customers On - Time and in Full as per the orders placed by them   - Ensure availability of Sales Tax Forms for CST customers at the warehouse, through co-ordination with end customers.   - Reconcile between dispatches from warehouse and receipts at Customer's premises and close discrepancies.   - Manage the Material returns process and documentation  - Effective use of systems and tools create a tactical supply chain advantage for Wildcraft  - Provide the Supply Chain connect for Key Customers across all channels   Other Responsibilities:  - Take appointments for deliveries to Customer DCs  - Handle the Order to Delivery cycle for On-line Drop shipment orders   - Scan the environment for better Customer Service Delivery models  - Lead cross-functional projects that will enhance efficiency in distribution  - Manage the direct and indirect staff across various locations in India   Desired Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities) :  Business Acumen:  - Should have an understanding of business operations, competition & internal customer preferences.   - Should be able to gather information to assist in business decision when requested   Inspire and Influence:  - Should be able to build relationship with the team and be able to effectively resolve conflicts between team members and communicate tough decisions.   - Should be viewed as objective and trustworthy.   - Should be capable of managing and resolving conflicts with a win-win result.   - Should manifest evident passion for what Wildcraft stands for in work.   - Should be capable of Inspiring the team to give their best through both his written and oral communication, hence have good oratorical skills.   - Should be able to make the team understand the links between organisational growth and personal growth  Coaching and mentoring:  - Should conduct periodic people review to assess the areas of strengths and weakness in the team and proactively allocate time and resources (training or reinforcement) to ensure performance goals are met.  - Take leadership in mentoring the team for a higher growth  Agility:  - Should be capable of recognising environmental /market changes that affect the organisation and be able to assess its likely impact on immediate area of work.   - Should suggest action to be be taken to superiors.   - Should be able to effectively manage change by quickly executing change initiatives whether in product/service or people and show flexiblity towards change management.   - Should be capable of reallocating time and shift resources to cope with varying situations.   - Should set priorities in cross functional multi tasking.
