About the organization :   Wholesalebox is a b2b wholesale ecommerce platform in fashion category that supplies from factories to shops across India.  We aim to be leaders in a few categories and be a multi-$Billion organisation in 5 years  Team : Professionals from IITs, IIMs with significant experience in Management Consulting and building Internet businesses  Designation : Sales Head   Location : Jaipur / Delhi-NCR  Job Responsibilities :   - Define processes for getting customers / retailers on board  - Define strategy and processes to acquire customers  - Define strategy on targeted marketing via online and offline mediums   - Conceptualize and develop dashboards to measure key metrics of the field team  - Build, manage and motivate the team   - Managing expectations of various stakeholders - customers, business, sellers, technology and operations etc. and increase customer loyalty  Qualifications :   - B.Tech/MS/MBA from IIT/IIM/ISB/equivalent foreign schools only with at least 5 years of experience   - Should have a proven track record of running at least a 50 member remote sales team across the country   - Should be able to get field sales team on live monitoring system   - Entrepreneurial and result-oriented mindset. Hands on with a strong sense of urgency and ownership   - Highly customer focused in all approaches  - Strong problem solving, Strategy, Prioritization skills with an eye for detail  - Large Size eCommerce marketing experience required. Experience of being in a start up will be an added plus  - A demonstrated enthusiasm for learning and working with new tools and technologies is essential.
