Key Responsibilities:  - You will be part of HR Center of Excellence, reporting into Senior Manager - HR, performing the following key responsibilities as a first point of contact.   Values, Mission, Vision Management:  - Responsible for ensuring everyone in the organization are aware and adhere to values, mission and vision of the organization.  Strategic Planning  - Responsible for core focus areas like HR policies, Key Result Areas, PMS, Employee Database, Review of HR policies, and other HR matters. Prepare and manage HR Manual, Salary structure, pay policies, HR files, policies and other documents.  Policy Formulation:  - Prepare and manage policies across all operating geographies (currently for India, UK, Australia etc).  Performance Management:  - Responsible for settings goals and targets across the organization and organize quarterly, yearly reviews.  Rewards & Recognition:  - Develop and maintain rewards and recognition framework and ensure employee and management participation.  Statutory Compliance:  - Ensure compliance related matters across all operating geographies are understood and adhered to. Templates and documentations are maintained as per the standards.  Compensation and Benefits Management:  - Ensure compensation and benefits are designed and implemented as per the industry standards and company specific business needs.  Succession Planning:  - Responsible for succession planning for all resources and ensure business continuity is maintained.  Learning & Development:  - Responsible for learning and development programmes like trainings, career planning, mentoring, etc.  Leadership Development:  - Ensure leadership is identified and skills are developed to ensure organization stays niche in the industry.  - Employee Engagement and Delight Index Management  - Design and implement employee engagement programmes. Responsible for ensuring employee delight index is maintained at highest possible level.  Employer Branding:  - Responsible for working alongside the marketing team to develop and implement employer branding activities.  Corporate Social Responsibility:  - Design, implement and actively promote corporate social responsibility activities and contribute positively to nation building.  Business Continuity:   - Responsible for preparing people-oriented business continuity plan for handling emergencies. Consider how employees should be trained to handle crisis, notified of emergencies, and cross-trained for jobs identified as "essential.  Internal Audit:  - Responsible for conducting audits to ensure that the organisation is in compliance with laws and regulations, to offer recommendations for more effective employee relations or to help to determine how HR-related problems can be solved.  Industry Benchmarking:  - Responsible for benchmarking the key components like skills, compensation and benefits as per the industry standards and actively promote company to adhere to industry standards.  General Administration:  - Responsible for administrative tasks like personal file management, joining formalities, induction, background verification, exit interviews, welcome emails, birthday and annual day celebrations etc.  Skills and Qualifications:  - Must have qualified in Human Resources from a premier educational institutes  - Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills  - High quality document and report preparation  - Ability to maintain highly confidential and sensitive information  - Must have strong planning, coordination and organizational skills   - Possess initiative and drive; with strong desire to continuously improve processes & deliver against agreed objectives  - Multi-tasking experience in a fast-paced environment, completing work tasks with speed and accuracy in a detailed work environment  - Ability to work effectively in a team and willingness to help others  - Strong analytical, problem solving & trouble shooting skills, as well as a desire and attitude to go above and beyond in resolving issues  - Strong HR systems aptitude and ability to learn and become an expert in the HR
