Job title : Deputy Manager, Talent Acquisition
Reports to: Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition & Management COE
Division/Department : Human Resources Work
Location : Gurgaon, Haryana
Purpose :
- Strategize and help design end to recruitment processes in the organization
- To ensure the ongoing and future organizational talent demands are met, supported, and measured.
Key Roles And Responsibilities :
Manpower Planning :
- Identify future talent needs, support the development of a talent pipeline for various roles
- Work with internal teams and hiring managers to capture manpower requirements
Source Management :
- Explore both internal and external sources of recruitment to identify the right talent for the right job
- Streamline and assist with both external and internal hiring efforts (For example hiring through Consultants, Employee Referrals and Internal Job Postings etc.)
- Leverage social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates
- Manage HR MIS for hiring, position tracking, consultant empanelment and maintenance of document checklists at various stages of recruitment
Hiring Process :
- Propose and design the right selection tools and methods for hiring candidates
- Design tools templates and forms to support the process
- Partner in mapping organization competencies to the psychometric tools at various levels
Engagement :
- Manage pre-joining engagement and counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment
- Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process
Pre Joining and On boarding :
- Provide structure and support with effective and timely induction and on boarding for new employees
- Manage initiation and timely closure of Background Verification for new joinees
Educational Qualifications : MBA (HRM) from reputed institutes
Experience : 1-3 Years
