- Early stage software, preferably SaaS, technical pre-sales (SE) experience in a new category   - 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solution Architect, or related field in the SaaS and/or enterprise software industry   - Great listening skills are a must   - Passion for working with web-based technologies and desire a deeply understanding of functionality, use cases, as well as business and technical elements.   - Good understanding new UI technologies and specifications - HTML, Javscripts, CSS   - Able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users   - Experience in solution design or solution architecting related to collaboration/workflow/project management.   - Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation), with the ability to explain technical subjects to non-technical end user personnel in large enterprises   - Ability to quickly build credibility, as well as understand and resolve customer technical issues   - Experience working in a fast-paced, high growth software company where change is a constant  - Proactive opportunity creation and solutioning for identified opportunities   - Interact with client's team and also with internal sales teams, principle consultants, delivery leaders to understand requirements in the digital space, identify the current pain points, and transformation areas, and design solutions to address the same.   - Prepare, present and defend the solution & business case with client   - Enable to cross sell digital business services as part of various opportunity pursuits   - Respond to RFI/RFPs, and manage the opportunity till closure   - Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams and individuals at various levels across sales, industry & technology practice teams.   - Proactively develop a business case to expand business in existing accounts, or break into new accounts.   - Reusable artifacts creation based on the experience from pursuit solutioning to standardize and accelerate the future solution's needs.   - Willing to travel for solution presentation, due diligence, requirements workshops, consulting engagements.
