1. Education: IIM/IIT preferred - with business and technical educational background

2. Tech Skills:

a. Business Intelligence/DW and analytics

b. Experience with SQL/relational databases

c. Experience with reporting tools - Cognos, Business Objects, Tableau, etc.

d. Exposure to statistical modeling

e. Exposure to data management and harmonization projects

f. Exposure to big data technologies and analytics

3. Experience

a. Minimum 15 years relevant experience with BI/DW

b. Experience leading teams of 100+

c. Experience dealing with customers, proposals, and pre-sales activities

d. Leadership skills

e. Customer relationships and business creation potential & experience

4. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication

5. Travel: International travel of two weeks per quarter required
