Its members are charged with propelling Western Union's services into the ever-changing world of customer needs in the digital age.   Role :  In this role, you will manage a team of risk modellers/scientists, and the modelling/decisioning processes for new and existing WU Digital (e-channel) products.   Key Responsibilities:   - Lead the development and implementation of fraud models/strategies for all WU digital products, including all ongoing and systematic data collection and aggregation   - Manage multiple projects and data requests in a timely manner   - Develop champion/challenger test practices, including post-implementation monitoring.   - Excellent relationship building, leadership, and team management skills and the ability to create passion, energy and commitment among diverse groups and team members.   - Leading a team of risk analysts and external vendor resources to ensure that system solutions meet goals and meets business needs.   Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge :  - Minimum of 2 years’ experience and progression in a senior role in the field of risk analytics in the financial services / online payment industry   - Graduate degree in Statistics, Math, or other quantitative fields   - World-class analytics and problem-solving capabilities required, including advanced skills in statistical analysis.   - Rich experience using business intelligence, data mining, and predictive analytics tools like SAS, R, Matlab etc   - Strong verbal and written communication skills required.   - Strong project management, multi-tasking and organizational skills are a must   - Make good, timely decisions in a fast-paced environment  The successful candidate will have access to great employee benefits, dynamic and innovative company culture/ work environment and fantastic incentives for high performers  Why Join Us?
