- As the Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex information security systems and managing end user computing support. The broad range of responsibilities include partnering with key stake holders, both off-shore and on-shore in delivering continuously and repeatedly on security related to data, infrastructure or applications within the Company or hosted externally by a third party. In this role, you will be initially responsible for designing and developing the site Information Security frame work in alignment with global policies and strategies.

Key responsibilities :

- Manages professional Information Security and End User computing staff and performs all duties inherent to a managerial position - hiring, goal setting, performance reviews, and compensation planning

- Responsible for executing on specific Information Security, Risk and Compliance projects, providing guidance and planning support.

- Responsible for the ongoing security related to data, infrastructure or applications within WU or hosted externally by a 3rd party.

- Drives and supports the corporate Information Security policies, ensuring standards are applied and adhered to. Communicates security procedures to users.

- Manages and participates in site audits as required, prepares formal responses to client audit requests and oversees the remediation efforts if applicable.

- Management, initiation, coordination and documentation of Information Security incidents that effect WU's data or our brand.

- Analyzing systems/business processes and providing recommendations in mitigation of identified security issues, and elevating the related issues to appropriate levels.

- Supports interaction between IT, Operations and Business team by coordinating reviews of processes involving sensitive information.

- Ensures the ability of company to survive a major interruption in operations by coordination and direction in development, training, testing and maintenance of continuity plans.

- Provides leadership, management, experience, and backup for a team of support personnel who troubleshoot end user computing issues

- Manages and administers the service ticket management system, computer asset management system, and leads technical communications for the organization.

- Develops and executes end user computing strategies to achieve departmental and organizational goals

- Invest time on a daily basis on all projects to remove impediments and provide solutions to technical challenges and make escalations as necessary

- Define and revise (if needed) metric/performance reporting under directions from Sr. Manager, Technology and Operations to ensure viability of service levels

- Participate in capacity and program planning exercises

- Hire, manage and mentor 2-4 leads who will manage a team of 6-10 employees

- Define and revise (if needed) metric/performance reporting under directions from Delivery Head to ensure viability of service levels

- Manage key third party strategic partnerships and resolve issues as needed

- Maintain effective communication with clients, business and partners as needed

What we require :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or related field is required

- 8+ years of IT leadership and management experience

- Experience in a financial services/payments /Banking verticals

- Prior experience in managing vendor relationships

- Prior experience leading onshore and offshore delivery, including working overlapping business hours to partner with onshore teams

- Must be a problem solver with demonstrated experience in solving difficult technology challenges, with a can do attitude; possess strong leadership skills in guiding and directing teams

- Prior expertise in managing development and 24x7 production support in an onshore/offshore model

- Self-starter with ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage workload, and consistently deliver results

- Strong Customer Centric mindset with an ability to outperform Service Level Agreements on Customer satisfaction and experience
