With deep expertise in moving funds around the globe, access to over 140 currencies, and a global financial network spanning more than 200 countries and territories, we help companies spend less time managing international financial transactions and more time growing their businesses.  Role  This position will manage fraud product requirements, define and document business and operational processes, audit system changes, support governance, audits and fraud operations.  Key Responsibilities:  - Evaluate and prepare strategy and recommendations on current fraud products and processes   - Define and Document fraud governance processes  - Operationalize and oversee fraud teams governance processes  - Manage fraud product requirements and backlog  - Interaction with various groups around the globe, including becoming the SME for specific tasks  - Build and track performance metrics and make enhancements to existing metrics and reports  Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge  - At least an undergraduate degree in business or engineering  - 4 years of product or governance work experience, or equivalent  - Experience in online fraud risk mitigation  - Experience building and managing policy frameworks, process re-engineering and process documentation   - Experience with audit and operations  - Advanced MSOffice skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)   - Experience in writing database SQL/HQL queries  - Strong communication and presentation skills  - Ability to effectively communicate business requirements  - Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks independently  Why Join Us?
