We offer the freedom to move money safely, quickly and in cash to virtually any place on the planet.  Role  This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to look after Tamil Nadu - The largest state in India by Transaction contribution (17% of India transactions and 14% of Revenue).   Key Responsibilities  - Responsible for driving inward international remittance and Domestic Money Transfer business for the state   - Formulate sales policies, practices and procedures for the state   - Provide sales strategies and leadership in the region to build the business   - Educate Agent sales teams in multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support and management of expenses.   - Relationship management with Banks / Post / Retail at senior levels to drive business from the network.   - Collaborating with send countries on programs and initiatives to drive transactions towards Tamil Nadu.   Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge  The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications with at least 8 years’ experience in business development, partnership and acquisition management. Strong skills in business analysis and planning are a must as is strong sales, presentation and negotiation skills.
