We offer the freedom to move money safely, quickly and in cash to virtually any place on the planet.  Role  As the Assistant Manager - Customer Analytics, you will work with other team members and business partners to take a data/information based approach to come up with strategic initiatives to increase value.  The scope of the role is global and you will need to partner effectively with people at all levels and from all countries.   Specific responsibilities include:   - Create segmentation schemes to help improve customer acquisition, retention and loyalty.   - Perform advanced statistical analyses that help detect consumer behavioural patterns and translate findings into business actions that ultimately lead to improved financial results.   - Develop, maintain and enhance statistical models to help drive profitable actions  - Leverage state-of-the-art data mining tools and modeling techniques to solve business problems   - Conceptualize modeling framework, define data requirements, create predictive variables, and coordinate model implementation with other business partners   Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge  The ideal candidate will have 2 – 6 years’ experience in customer analytics, data mining and business analysis (preferably in financial services) with a top tier academic background with and MS or MA in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or other related fields with emphasis in quantitative methods or MBA with a proven track record in using advanced quantitative and statistical technique to drive business solutions. Excellent technical and analytical skills is a must as is proficiency in using a broad spectrum of consumer information databases as well as SAS and SQL Delivered projects to timescale and budget.  Why Join Us?
