- Must be an MBA with specialization in HR from Premium Business Schools with 10-15 Years of Experience.  - Ensures comprehensive workforce planning that takes into consideration current and future business needs.  - Help manage and scale Recruitment team to drive Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Resource Management, Performance Management, Mentoring & Team Management   - Deliver robust talent management and development initiatives to ensure key talent development, succession planning, career management and performance management.   - Experience working in a fast growing, ambiguous and constantly changing environment.  - Correct and timely inputs to Payroll for salary processing & Evaluating the data for Rewards and Recognition(R&R).   - Responsible for Training & Development of staff.  - Ensure implementation of all HR related policies namely Staffing, Training & development, Performance Management, compensation management, HR rules and regulations which includes Leave etc.  Hiring for one of our esteemed Clients,Candidates having an experience in Healthcare Industry will be preferred.
