Wedvisors - Co-founder/CTO - IIT/BITS/NIT

We are looking for a young Technology Rock star as a CTO / Co-Founder. The person would be responsible for building the company's technology platform right from the scratch and would be responsible for leading the technology team of the company.

About us:

We are bunch of colleagues working at a management consulting firm based out of Delhi. We are passed out of schools like IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur, ISB and Delhi University.

MUST HAVE:

- We are looking for experienced candidate who can take the role of CTO and should be comfortable with coding and mobile applications.

- A person who is passionate about doing business and wants to be a part of a growing start-up based on an idea that would revolutionize the Hospitality industry.

- Entrepreneurial Mindset & spirit (i.e; Someone who can also roll up his sleeves and solve the problem, whatever it may be)

- Team management - Some people can code, some can inspire. We need someone who can do both.

General Requirement:

- Strong programming skills

- Experience in eCommerce is preferable, but not mandatory

- Ability to manage and direct website technical structure, design & aesthetics, navigation, information architecture, performance

- Evaluate and identify appropriate technology platforms (including web application frameworks and the deployment stack) for delivering the company's services.

Technical Skills/Qualifications:

- Good understanding of complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

- Strong in Data Structures & Algorithms

- Hands-on full-stack development experience

- Good coding experience is required

- Native Android App Development experience preferred

- Experience with Mobile chat applications preferred

- IITs/BITS/NIT champs are preferred but not Mandatory.

- Compensation: Fixed Component + Co-Founder Equity (Can be discussed case by case)
