Leveraging storytelling, social media marketing, and exciting incentives, we help charities to raise more funds and awareness and create greater impact than they ever have before.  Who We're Seeking:  An all-star Campaign Coordinator to manage the collaborations with our celebrity and charity partners. You'll support every aspect of our fundraising campaigns, from developing creative strategy to execution of the details, all the while ensuring that the expectations of the celebrity, charity, and corporate stakeholders are exceeded.  Key responsibilities:  - Produce the creative strategy and execution of fundraising campaigns, from on-boarding the partners to finalizing the experience  - Spearhead and oversee the creative direction for a portfolio of campaigns  - Work with charity and celebrity partners to understand their goals for the campaign and engage them in the process on a deeper level  - Work with analytics and marketing team to assess campaign performance and propose ideas for improvement  Our Ideal Candidate:  - You have 1+ years of experience in production, non-profit development, marketing, or related account management roles  - You are a strong writer with a love for all things pop-culture  - You should have strong communication skills  - You are a great at analysing data and making logical decisions.  - You have fantastic attention to detail, you're hyper-organized, and solutions-oriented  - You take your work seriously but not yourself  - You love people, and are excited to work with a diverse group of partners, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment  - You are passionate about creating impact  Why it's great to work here:  - We are a brand new and growing company, you will learn everyday  - As a team we love what we do and support each other to be great  - Great location in Bangalore  To apply:  Tell us a little bit about yourself, why you would be an ideal fit.
