Hiring for VulcanXpress(100% subsidiary of Snapdeal)  Responsibilities:   - Work with CoEs - C&B, HR Operations, Talent Management and Recruiting - on integration related aspects  - Engage with Business Heads on continual basis & design / develop HR interventions for critical business requirements  - Planning, launching and auditing of OD programs and practices  - Manage base level reporting around HRBP dashboards (headcount / Manpower Cost / attrition etc.)  - Induction Modules Creation & Updation  - Creation of platforms and policies for addressing the employee issues and grievances  - Anchor sessions on talent management, people processes, policies, etc. for the employees  - Drive HR projects such as Performance Management, GPTW, etc.  - Ensuring completed adherence to Exit Process within TAT.  - HR Visits (Audit, Open House, Grievance Handling)  - Monitoring and closure of all issues pertaining to legal/statutory   - Robust Performance Management System, Mapping of KRA's (Area/Regional/National)  - Learning & Development Initiatives   Desired Qualification:   Experience :  - Minimum of 10 years experience in Human Resources with organization having presence at PAN India locations  - Candidates only from Retail/FMCG/Telecom should apply  - Excellent knowledge of MS Office  - Experience in working in a dynamic environment where processes and systems are work in progress.  - Strong understanding of HR processes and policies   Education   - PGDBM/MBA in Human Resources.   Skills  - Strong HR process orientation and progressively build into providing HR assistance through expertise that is aligned to our policy/guideline/SOPs.  - Strong in MS Office, excellent communication skills in English (primary) and Hindi (secondary).
