- Handling Compensation and Benefits
- Payroll processing
- Execution of Rewards and Recognition
- Incentive Planning and Execution
- Managing Annual Compensation Review Process
Desired Skills and Competencies:
- Exposure to Business and Compensation Strategy
- Sound knowledge on Compensation Structure, HR Systems and applicable regulatory knowledge
- Excellent Talent Analytics skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Advance MS Excel Skills
Work Experience:
- 3-5 years of hands on experience on Compensation and Benefits in IT sector
Educational Qualification:
- MBA (HR) from premier B School (full time course)
