About our Client - Our client is an MNC Bank with a strong global presence. With operations expanding across the globe they are looking for a seasoned US Corporate Tax Accounting professional to join them at a VP position for their setup based in Pune.

Job Description - Reporting to the Director Tax Accounting, your key responsibilities will include:

- Manage corporate tax team for FAS 109 & FIN 48 compliances and technical accounting.

- Engage in preparation of International and Federal Income Tax returns, Tax Provision, FAS109 and FIN48.

- Monthly tax provision under USGAAP.

- Manage direct and indirect taxes for India and other Group Entities

- Manage and strategize defense for significant Tax litigations with help from Tax Advisors and Senior Counsels.

The Successful Candidate - You are a CA with 10 + years overall experience within a services setup. Prior experience in accounting, tax or tax accounting and working knowledge of deferred tax, IFRS, US GAAP tax accounting skills is a must. You also have experience in managing teams and working with onshore stakeholders.
