Ensure compliance with and monitoring of changes in applicable country laws as stated in Country   - Ensure that covers all Intra-Services if required or advisable under local or U.S. Tax Law or other laws and regulations   - Ensure that the pricing methodology used for all Intra-Services has been reviewed by Tax to ensure it meets arm's length pricing for all cross entity/cross border Inter-affiliate charges.   - Ensure that, in consultation with the local or Tax, all Intra-Services are adequately documented in accordance with applicable local and U.S. tax laws, including the preparation of transfer pricing reports by an external advisor if required by law or otherwise prudent for tax risk management purposes.   - Ensure that there is a complete inventory   - Provide central guidance for questions arising within the sector with assistance from Advisory group   - Independently assess the operational risks inherent in controls and governance over the process for contracting internal service providers and compliance.
