Designation: VP - Testing  Job Location: Pune   Position : Permanent  Only apply if you have exp in Risk (Market /Credit) domain testing experience.  We offer -  - Determining the end to end testing strategy for project/program  - Managing the preparation and execution of UAT and functional testing for project/program  - Planning, controlling, assuring and improving testing activities  - Report progress against plan to stakeholders via regular reports  - Identifying and escalating risks and issues to senior management  - Engage in Testing Capability groups across CS group to drive bank wide consistency and best practice  - Performing a holistic review of test planning  - Taking decisions related to performance of testing  You offer -   Education / Experience:  - University Graduate with good honors degree; A degree in Information System or Finance/Accountancy is a plus  - MBA or equivalent masters degree in a plus  - 8-10 years relevant work experience in testing coordination and execution, release management roles - Financial Institutions Risk  - Solid understanding of project delivery life cycle from imitation to roll out including all phases of testing - SIT, Functional testing, UAT, Impact testing and End to End testing in Risk  - Testing experience with a leading consulting firm within financial services with prior project management and business analysis n Risk experience would be advantageous.
