VP/Sr VP - Revenue Assurance - Media/IT/Telecom

Currently working on an opening for the position of VP / Sr VP - Revenue Assurance for one of the largest Media Corporate house in India.

Job Profile:

- Work pro-actively with the organization and external parties to design and implement technical & commercial audits, loss control, fraud prevention and detection programs.

- Coordinate with the external Auditors & Operators for Technical & Commercial audit of various platforms, including, but not limited to, DTH, major MSOs and Independent System Operators to ensure revenues are being generated as per the terms of the agreement

- To plan, and carry out the audit function including the preparation, and timely & effective execution of audits as per plan

- Ensure adherence to systemic compliances with agreement terms.

- Develops processes and controls of the entire gamut of operations within the audit function

- Use data analytics to analyze databases to identify past and potential leakages

- Work with cross functional teams (sales, technical, operations, legal, finance) to design, develop and implement best practices for audit. Develop new strategies to ensure accuracy and timelines of subscriber reporting by platforms

Performance Measures:

- To maximize revenue by reducing leakages and identifying risk areas through audits.

- Number of audits completed within stipulated timelines

- Adherence to processes and implement continuous improvement

Qualification: MBA / CA with analytical and technical bent of mind

Knowledge & Skills:

- Candidate is expected to have an understanding of consumer billing environments, subscriber management systems, revenue assurance processes, systems and KPIs and data analytics tools
