VP/Sr VP - Infra Project Finance/Corporate Banking

We are looking for a Candidate with very good experience in Project Finance/Corporate banking who can handle the end to end work related to Project Finance.

Purpose of the Role : To drive the Infrastructure Project Finance business in the assigned region with view to building brand awareness, achieving business targets and enhance customer relationship and support team in business development area

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Create brand awareness about Company's services in the Project Finance business through interactions with industry associations, seminars and other customer touch points

- Effectively lead the team of Relationship Managers to source new business and achieve set targets

- Work closely and proactively with the top management for business expansions

- Track the performance of the business in the assigned region on an ongoing basis with respect to the business plan and ensure appropriate actions to achieve targets

- Maintain and enhance relationships with key customer accounts and prospective customers to ensure business continuity and growth; ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer queries

- Undertake project appraisal and due diligence of business proposals, identify risks involved and steps to mitigate those risks. Liaise with the Credit team to seek credit approval

- Prepare loan agreements, ensure complete documentation, regular follow up including adherence to compliances and provide assistance to customers as required

- Monitor project progress on a regular basis and ensure recoveries. Take appropriate actions to maintain portfolio quality and delinquency levels

- Assist in institutionalizing appropriate sales and support processes for maximizing both business efficiencies as well as customer satisfaction

- Manage and support recruitment, set KRAs for direct reports, retain key talent and conduct performance appraisals and monitor overall team's performance

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Qualification - CA/CFA/BE plus MBA (Fin)

Yrs of exp : Min 15 yrs of exp including 2-3 yrs in profit centre management

Industry exp : Preferably from Banking / NBFC sector
