Successful candidate will be focusing on driving transformational change across functions and processes within Operations.   - He will deliver an ongoing and agreed book of work to continuously improve operational processes for the enhancements of quality, risk, reliability, cycle time, and cost reduction.  - He will be responsible for Oversee a cross-functional team responsible for evaluating and improving the performance of operations process flows continually for the enhancements of quality, risk, reliability, cycle time, and cost reduction   - He will develop, implement, and manage a Continuous Improvement program focused on the corrective and preventative actions needed to eradicate escaping defects across operations business units   Business Case Development:   Continuous Improvement:  - Root Cause Analysis: Perform rapid front to back root cause using break through methods such as LEAN, Six Sigma, & BPM   - Project Delivery: Execute change throughout the entire change management lifecycle including design, requirements gathering, testing, and post implementation support leveraging techniques such as Agile, Scrum, and SDLC   - Ongoing Evaluation: Identify and apply tools (e.g. control charts, control plans) for ongoing evaluation of the improved process, including lagging indicators and additional opportunities for improvement   - Desired candidate must have 9+ year of total experience  - He should have good working knowledge of LEAN tools and processes  - Key skills include process optimization, increasing scalability, process re-engineering, technology strategy, migration planning & execution, people management & development, effective risk management and enhancing the client experience  - Six Sigma Black Belt   - Candidate must have experience with rapid deployment techniques such as agile and scrum basics   - Good experience using BPM or BDM tools   About Client :   - My client is global IB bank in Bangalore.
