VP - Solution Delivery - Bank

- Supporting country level change management Programmes for Credit Cards etc

- Participation on technology rollouts and implementation strategy

- Responsible for delivery of all vendor applications for credit cards.

- Interface between Credit Card business and technology and other areas of the bank. Responsible for end to solution, design, development, testing and deployment

- Define and draft process note and standard operating procedures for operation process.

- Responsible for strategic Vendor Independent model for Credit Card technology change management

Post Graduate with minimum 10 years of experience. Should have strong domain knowledge across all major verticals of the Banking & Financial Services specifically understanding of Credit Card business.

Position based with a Private Sector Bank in Mumbai.
