Joint Venture with European company. Presence across India.  POSITION OVERVIEW:  - The Vice President Sales & Operations (VPSO) directs the company’s sales objectives. These include planning, reporting, quota setting and management, sales process optimization, sales training, sales program implementation, sales compensation design and administration, and recruiting and selection of sales personal.  - The VPSO is responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales & operations function. Reporting to the MD & BOD, the VPSO fosters close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the sales organization&#1113088;s efficient operation and success.   JOB RESPONSIBILITIES  Establishes high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in planning, forecasting, and budgeting approaches used by the sales organization. Ensures planning, forecasting and budgeting efforts are appropriately integrated with other planning processes employed within the firm.  - Provides leadership to the sales organization, and counsel to the MD, in implementing sales organization objectives that appropriately reflect the company’s business goals.  - Responsible for equitably assigning sales targets and ensuring the firm's financial objectives are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources through the target program.  - Involves himself in laying down & implementation of processes related to functional areas of operation in line with company’s objectives.   - Achievement of sales, profit, and strategic objectives for the business unit supported.  QUALIFICATION:  - College degree from an accredited institution in science / engineering ; masters in business administration (MBA) or equivalent preferred.  - Minimum seven years of sales or sales management experience in a Business-to-Customer sales environment.  - Minimum five years in a sales operations, business planning, or sales support management role in Home Automation / Security Systems Integration   - Experience successfully managing analytically rigorous corporate initiatives.  PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS :  AGE : Between 35 – 40   LOCATION : DEL NCR, CANDIDATE SHOULD BE WILLING TO TRAVEL   PLEASE EMAIL RESPONSES TO travisprofiles@gmail.com   Nandita Khanna
